Myles Rogers
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
ESSA Registered
BCEP (Hons)
Myles is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist dedicated to helping clients move better, recover faster, and build long-term resilience. With a strong focus on musculoskeletal conditions, combining evidence-based practice with a holistic understanding of how the body functions as an interconnected system.
Myles believes that early intervention, education, and treating the underlying root cause of injury/disease is the key to maintaining a healthy population. With a key area of interest being the role of fascial slings and how these integrated movement patterns influence performance, pain, and injury risk. Identifying underlying dysfunctions and addressing the contributing factors that may be limiting recovery.
Whether working with acute injuries, persistent pain, or movement limitations, Myles is committed to delivering personalised, practical strategies that support lasting outcomes and improved quality of life.
As a local Blackall Range resident, Myles is aiming to give back to the community and assist locals with all health and physical activity matters in our Maleny and Mapleton spaces. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, the gym and woodworking.
Special interests and experience include:
- Type 2 Diabetes management
- Cardiovascular rehabilitation
- Lifestyle and behaviour change
- Conservative management of musculoskeletal injuries
- Chronic disease management
- Osteoporosis/osteopenia management (BMD training)
