She expertly manages a wide range of front desk responsibilities—from handling calls and coordinating referrals to navigating our booking systems and supporting the team—while ensuring every client feels genuinely welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys slowing things down out in nature, with a good book, painting, time in the garden with her chooks, and quality moments with her young family.
